What happens after you write
A person reads it, usually the same day, and replies within one working day. The reply is not a calendar link: it says what we would look at first for a business like yours and what the free visibility check would tell you that this page cannot. If we think the answer is that you do not need us yet, that is what the reply says.
Nothing is automated between your message and that answer. No sequence starts, no drip, no call from a number you did not give. If you would rather not write at all, run the free check instead and we will send the result without a conversation.

What to put in the message
Three things are enough: what you sell, where your customers are, and what you want to know. A URL helps most of all, because it lets us look at what a crawler actually receives from your site before we reply rather than guessing from a description.
You do not need a brief, a budget or a timeline. If you have a specific question — whether an assistant names you today, why a competitor keeps coming up, whether your robots.txt is blocking anything — put that instead and we will answer that.
Who replies
One of the two people who do the work. There is no sales team here and no account manager between you and whoever runs your audit, which is a consequence of the size of the company rather than a philosophy about it.

Will my details be used for anything else?
