Terms of Service
The short version: the free check is free and asks nothing back. The audit is a fixed price for a fixed deliverable on a named date, and its price comes off any optimization work you go on to buy. Monitoring is monthly and you can stop it at the end of any month. We measure and report what an AI assistant says; we cannot promise what it will say next.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of gaash.ai and to the services sold through it: the free visibility check, the AI Visibility Audit, GEO optimization work, and monitoring. Ordering a paid service, or requesting the free check, is acceptance of these terms.
This is a plain description of how we work, not a substitute for the written scope that accompanies any optimization engagement. Where the two differ, the written scope wins for that engagement.
2. Who you are dealing with
gaash.ai provides the services described on this website. There is one contact address for anything to do with them:
gaash.ai
Email: hello@gaash.ai
3. The free visibility check
The check is run by a person and costs nothing. You give us a website address and an email address; we put a set of buyer questions to an AI assistant with live web search, look at the pages it read, and send a report within 48 hours. The report is yours to keep whether or not you buy anything afterwards.
Requesting the check does not put you on a mailing list. We may write once to ask whether the report made sense. How the address is handled is described in the privacy policy.
4. The audit
The AI Visibility Audit is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. It is delivered within one week of payment as a written report on a private page we send you: every fix with its evidence URL, in priority order, with an effort estimate; a Visibility Score from twelve buyer questions put to an AI assistant with live web search, with a source map of which pages it read; a page-by-page look at the two or three businesses named most often; the same questions asked again once you mark the fixes live; and a 30-minute call.
If we do not deliver the audit, you are refunded in full. If we deliver it and you go on to buy optimization work from us, the audit price is credited in full against that work.
The audit reports what the assistant said and what your pages served at the time of the audit. Both change. A finding is a record of what we observed on the date stated next to it, not a promise about what a later probe will return.
5. Optimization work
GEO optimization is quoted as a fixed scope after the audit, from the price shown on the pricing page. The scope lists what will be changed, on which pages, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve that scope in writing, and anything outside it is a new quote, not a surprise on the bill.
Changes to your website are made only where you have given us access to do so, or are handed to whoever maintains the site as exact text and code. Either way, you remain the owner of the site and its content, and you decide what goes live.
6. Monitoring
Monitoring is billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page. Each month we ask your panel's buyer questions again, post the reading on your engagement page, and email you when it is posted, saying where you were named, where you were not, and what changed.
You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; there is no notice period and no minimum term.
7. What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to do the work described, on the dates stated, with the evidence attached. Every finding carries the URL and date it came from so you can check it yourself.
We do not promise that any AI assistant will recommend your business, or keep recommending it. Those systems are run by other companies, change without notice, and give different answers to the same question. What we can do is measure whether the answer moved, and say so plainly either way.
8. Payment
- Prices are in US dollars. We can invoice in another currency at the day's rate on request.
- Card payments are taken by Razorpay, on its own payment page. Your card number goes to Razorpay and never to this site; we receive a confirmation, the amount, and the email address and phone number you gave.
- Optimization work is invoiced against the approved scope. Monitoring is billed monthly.
9. Your report, our method
Reports and fix lists we deliver to you are yours: use them, share them with your web team, act on them with someone else. The method behind them, the question panels, the scoring and the software that produces them stay ours, and a report is not a licence to resell the service.
A report may describe other businesses' public web pages, because the assistants read them. It describes what those pages serve to a crawler on a stated date and nothing more; it is not an assessment of those businesses.
10. Liability
If we get something wrong, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for how an AI assistant answers, for changes you or others make to your website, or for business outcomes that depend on either.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published here. Work already ordered runs under the terms in force when you ordered it.
12. Questions
Anything unclear, write to hello@gaash.ai and you will get a straight answer from the person who does the work.
