Engagement
How we work together.
There is no off-the-shelf package here. We measure where you stand, close the gaps that matter most first, and ask the same questions again to show you whether it is working.
Four steps, start to standing still.

Engagement
Four steps, start to standing still.
Baseline
A fixed panel of twelve of your buyers' real questions goes to Claude, with live web search on, and every answer is kept word for word and dated. What comes back is a number, your visibility score, and the list of questions you are absent from today.
Priorities
Every lost question is a gap. We sort them by buying intent and by how much difference closing them would make, so what you get is an order of work rather than an undifferentiated pile. The measurement decides that order, not our instincts.
Execution
We build the answers you are missing: pages for the open customer questions, a machine-readable foundation, and mentions in the sources assistants trust. All of them are real mentions that a person could go and check.
Measure and prove
Once the fixes are live, the same question panel is asked again, and with monitoring every month after that. You can see which gaps closed, what the score did, and what we are taking on next.
What realistically happens
After 30 days
The baseline is in, so you know where you started and who is ahead of you. The first measures are live, though almost none of it shows up in the numbers yet. That is normal at this stage.
After 90 days
The curve has started to move. You show up reliably when people ask about you by name, and patchily when they ask for a recommendation. The recommendation questions are where the remaining work sits.
After 180 days
You are a fixture in the answers within your niche, and holding that position costs considerably less than getting there did.
What it costs
Scope and effort depend on where you are starting and what you want out of it, so we settle those in a first conversation rather than pushing you into a package. The way in is always the free visibility check, which tells you where you stand before you have spent anything.
The questions that come up first.
When does the number start moving?
Assistants pick up new information on a delay. First movement shows after four to eight weeks, and a trend you can rely on takes several measurement runs. It is slow work, and the businesses that start early are the ones that end up hardest to displace.
What do I get while the work runs?
An update on your engagement page every couple of working days: the answer pages written, the listings fixed and the mentions placed, each with its source. Once your fixes are live, the same questions are asked again and the before and after goes on the page; monitoring repeats that reading every month if you add it. Seeing that work happened is the easy part. The number is what tells you whether it worked.
Am I signing up for a minimum term?
No. The audit is one-time, optimization is a fixed scope you approve before work starts, and monitoring is monthly and cancellable at the end of any month. We will still tell you plainly that a two-month engagement spends money on work whose effect arrives in month four — but that is advice, not a term you are bound by.
What is the first thing that happens?
With the free visibility check, or a first conversation that commits you to nothing. Either one tells you where you stand in AI answers today and what the sensible next step looks like.
