The AI visibility audit
The AI visibility audit is a one-time, $490 GEO audit. We put twelve of your customers' questions to Claude with live web search and send every fix in a report within a week.
What the measurement covers
How we work
How we work
We build your question panel: the questions your customers would actually ask, covering the whole journey, from someone first noticing they have a problem to someone asking about you by name. It is twelve questions, fixed once and then left alone, because that is what makes the re-run comparable.
We put those questions to Claude, with live web search on, each in a fresh session, the way a customer would type them. Every answer is kept word for word and dated, because answers drift.
Then we record whether each answer named you, whether it named you first, and which businesses it named instead, and we read the pages each answer drew on.
What you get
You get your visibility score, the businesses named instead of you and why, the pages every answer drew on, and a plan for what to fix first.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants the diagnosis before the bill: the fix list is yours to act on with or without us.
What arrives
Six things, one of them a before and after.
Every fix written out
The exact text and code to apply, in priority order, with an estimate of how long each should take. Written for whoever maintains your website rather than for you to translate.
Your whole site, page by page
Not the three pages the free check reads. Every page, checked for what a crawler actually receives from it.
A source map
For each of the twelve questions: which pages the assistant read to answer it, and whether you appeared on any of them. This is what turns a score into a list of jobs.
The competitors, taken apart
The two or three businesses named most often in your market, their sites pulled apart page by page, including the specific pages the assistant read.
A re-run once your fixes are live
The same twelve questions asked again once you mark the fixes live on your page, scored the same way. A before and after you can check rather than take on trust.
Thirty minutes on a call
To walk through all of it, including the parts you could do yourself without hiring anyone.
Before you buy
The questions we get asked about it.
What does the AI visibility audit cost?
$490, one time. If you go on to have us do the optimization work, the whole $490 is credited against that bill, so the diagnosis is effectively free to anyone who proceeds and costs $490 to anyone who does not. There is no subscription attached to it.
How is this different from the free check?
Scope and depth. The free check reads your homepage, contact and about pages and tells you roughly where you stand. The audit covers every page, asks the full panel of twelve questions and scores them, adds the source map and the competitor teardown, writes out every fix with an estimate, and asks the same questions again once your fixes are live. The check is a snapshot; the audit is a plan of work.
Do I have to buy the optimization afterwards?
No, and a meaningful number of people do not. The fix list is written for whoever maintains your website, not in a format only we can act on, and plenty of it is work an in-house developer can do in an afternoon. We would rather you fixed it yourself than not at all.
How long does the audit take?
About a week from brief to report. Asking the twelve questions is the quick part. Most of the week goes on checking your site page by page, taking apart the businesses named instead of you, and writing out every fix with the exact text or code to apply.
Which AI assistant does the audit ask?
Claude, made by Anthropic, with live web search on, the way a customer would use it. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read their own indexes and can answer differently, so the audit never reports Claude's answer as theirs. The fixes are for the pages all of them read: what your site serves to their crawlers, the facts about you, and the answers on your pages.
What if the audit says we are already fine?
Then it says so and you have spent $490 finding out something worth knowing. It is a rarer outcome than you would hope: of the 9,483 small business sites we audited, 61.5% had no question-and-answer content an assistant could quote at all.
