How to score what you get back
For each answer, note: Are you mentioned at all? Are you recommended? Are you named first? Who gets named instead? Are the facts about you correct? Run each question three to five times before you draw any conclusion — a single answer tells you almost nothing, because the same prompt can surface a different set of names an hour later. This is also why checking Google rankings isn't a substitute: research on ChatGPT citations has found the large majority of cited URLs don't even appear in Google's top 100 results for the same query, so the only way to know what an AI says about you is to ask it directly.
